baby duck hurt it's foot please help

so i've been raising two abandoned baby ducks for the past few or two and last night i was about to feed them, first i feed my berta blood worms then i usually give the left overs to the ducks and being excited for worms one tried to jump through the fence and got stuck half way through with his wings on the out side and ever since he hasn't been walking on his foot. he acts the same there's no swelling i can notice he doesn't use it while swimming or anything but when he walks he literally falls on his face and picks himself up with his good foot. how can i help him?
