baby duck with lots of problems

Sounds like a nice way to work around it.  I love milk too and drink alot of it. I could probably find someone who sold it if I looked hard enough I just haven't pursued it. I like milk with chocolate almond milk mixed in ever tried it?Organic is expensive too but not at 64 bucks a gallon. Whew
It is 8 per gal and I go thru 2 gal a week. But 64 a month is a whole week of groceries for me so hard to spend a week's supply of food money on a month of great milk. Dang. And organic milk here in some stores is 8 per gal. If all that was offered for purchase tho was the organic and raw at those prices and nothing else I'd go raw. But then I have an issue with eating freshly laid eggs. I am odd.

So cool you drink lots of milk. Not many adults I know personally do. I could not live without it.

That is high our organic is around 5.69 a gal. Our grocery store has their own line of organics maybe that's why. Very thankful they do too. Since I started getting eggs from my girls I cannot eat grocery store eggs. I know what goes into my girls [good healthy stuff] also free range.

I know what you mean and you are so right about the eggs. I guess it is cuz all my life I've only consumed store bought eggs. When I do buy them I do choose free range, organic eggs and have to put my trust in the labeling's claim.

I use to work with a woman who was raised on a farm with chickens and eggs and she wouldn't eat any home raised eggs she said they had too much taste .

That's interesting. Wow. I wonder if it was just her particular birds or a psychological thing instead. Can what you feed them have an impact on what the eggs taste like?

Yes it can but I've never had anyone say my eggs tasted strong and believe me dh would say. She just didn't want her eggs to have mush taste. It was a doz eggs I gave her Julie her dh didn't have a problem eating them just her.

It's what you get use to like white bread /whole wheat alot of people don't like the taste of w/w bread and prefer white bread. [which can have no taste] depending on what brand you buy.

I want mine to have flavor. Lots of them can be kinda flavorless but when I get ones with flavor I am in heaven. I love it when it's over easy and the flavor I experience makes me imagine the eggs are so new and fresh. It sounds more to me it was psychological for her. It's OK. I understand. I kinda feel that way about them.

So true about the bread but I kinda like most types as long as they are good quality.

I understand too just kind of odd for someone raised on farm raised eggs but it's all in what you get use to.

I'm spoiled the other way around

I know exactly what you mean. It is the same way with tomatoes. Store bought are tasteless like water but homegrown. Wow!!!!!
