I have 3, 3 week old , BCM's ..... one is a roo and he is getting his feathers picked and pulled out !! He is just starting to feather out , now he is bald all along the chest area, and today the bully drew blood on his ear ....I took him out , do I keep him out or the bully ????

Feather pecking can be caused by several different issues. My questions would be how much space do they have? What are they eating? And, is the roo smaller or does anything seem off with him? Are they eating the feathers or just bullying?

Birds will peck and eat feather from a lack of protein, from overcrowding, or from bordem. They also tend to peck on weak or injured or sick birds. Or, sometimes they are just mean to each other. I would investigate a little to see if you can find a cause and wait until he is fully healed before putting him back. Maybe add a divider to the brooder while he heals so they can see him but not hurt him?

Thanks.... I did put him in a divider where they can see him .... made the whole area bigger for them .... I'm feeding medicated chick start if it matters .... strange, he doesnt seem sickly .... maybe I have a bully , I'll know if she starts picking on another chick in with her ....

I would let him heal and then put him back and see what happens. Sometimes they are just mean and need a little break. See if one looks like the instigator.
