I would try to give the chick a couple of drops of Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell from your feed store. If you don’t have that put a tsp of sugar in a cup of water and dip it’s beak as often as you can to try and revive. We don’t always know the stress that a baby chick has been through. Also look at it’s vent for a pasty butt or blockage and clean it off with warm water if you find one. Some chicks are stressed in shipping or cannot get enough water or food at feed stores.
