Baby quail developing lump on head

i have a 6 day old quail with a lump that developed over night just above her eye. What to do?

Update there are now 2 bumps on her head.

Nope, i am taming these guys up, and so they are mostly separated to imprint on me with only supervized play time. Plus this kid is 2xs the size of the others and 4 days older.
I guess maybe a bug bite, but i dont know why she would develop a second lump somewhere else on her head over night, and non of the other chicks. And ive got them in tanks with fine mesh lids...
I thought maybe she boinked, but she cant get high enough to hit anything yet.
