My baby quail had to be distance from other as it's really sick and it's non stop screaming to where its losing its voice what can I do

By distance I'm assuming you mean you have it in it's own brooder alone? Its calling because it is alone and trying to alert the others that it is lost. Give it a feather duster or a stuffed animal to cuddle against, make sure that it is warm enough and has food and water.
