Back end open and Raw

One of my hens back end is bare and all scabby. Is there anything I can do to help it or heal it better? All the chicken seem to target her all the time including the rooster.

Chickens target blood and sores, so try putting some anipick on it. If that doesn't work you may need to separate her until she heals for a bit, put a little neosporin on it to ward off infection.
