Thanks newmarch2014! I still have no idea on mine. One minute I'm sure I have 2 boys and 4 girls. The next I'm second guessing myself and thinking maybe I have 4 boys and 2 girls! Maybe I'm just completely off on everything!

No one else has given me their opinion so I guess I'll just have to wait a few more weeks.

Hello all :) I am a first time Brahma owner and I am really loving this breed. I have had Rhode Island Red, Sex Links, and Ameraucana in the past. My Brahma is 9 weeks old and her name is Liza.

She just had a bath in three of the photos and our cat Sumana is showing her concern ;) The outdoor photo she is hanging with her sisters Ruby (10 weeks) and Olivia (9 weeks). Olivia was sold to us as an Ameraucana but I think they fibbed and she is an EE... Of course we love her and she is so full of personality but I wish people wouldn't lie so much when it comes to that breed. She reminds us of a little hawk. So far our Brama seems to be the lead chicken. They get along so well with each other and are so closely bonded that it is hard to tell right now.

Not sure really. I toyed with the idea of going and getting him to weigh him but they have been traumatized enough today as I moved them from their little sectioned off portion of the coop and into the big area with the 2 trustworthy B.O.'s (and put the 2 terrorist Production Reds in the small area to segregate them since they still want to kill him). He is monster big though, almost as big as most of the adult hens (I have a B.O. that is a good 9 lbs or more so he hasn't caught up to her yet) but my other ones are about 7 and he is not far behind. The little Brahma female is much smaller than he is.

Just sharing a pic of my brahma pullet. She's a month and a half old. Sweet girl, nearly fell out of the coop door this morning when I was refilling the feeder. She hopped off the roost and couldn't put her brakes on fast enough.
