I'd like to know too.
Looking at their other posts looks like they work(ed) for a manufacture of nipples and maybe other poultry equipment.

I am a blogger and the distributor of the Columbus Aqua chickens nipples. But I am also a lifetime chicken owner and fanatic. I was just wanting to do a fun survey to get to know other chicken folks better

It's just a survey. I will post all of the results when I have the data gathered. I thought it would be a fun project to collect data so we can all see how we compare. The results are definitely not what I expected!
