wow I'm jealous so far I've gotten 2 squash 2 zukes and a handful of peas.

Can't wait till the rest comes in.....maters and cukes and peppers ... OH MY!

Don't get me started on taters last time I tried those I had 50 plants they were beautiful,
Went to bed got up in the morning and there wasn't a leaf left on any of them.
some bug ate everthing

yum yum can;t wait until my matoes come in. I do have broccoli and some peppers and lots of lettuce and swiss chard but i can;t wait until i get a tomatoe and mayo sandwich.

We're home from school for the summer so I'm trying to be the good mom and keep my only child from getting too bored. And taking care of all these birds! I'm keeping up with the weeds in the garden so what I did get planted should do well. Everything is just late. ANd I hate humidity and bugs so I have to force myself to go out there and do it. If it weren't for those two things I'd love to garden.

The deer destroyed our garden this year. They didn't find it last year. We should have a freezer full of venison, I'm so mad. Last year I made the best hot sauce and pickles, this year nothing. We did manage to blanch and vacuum sea like 50 lbs of zucchini and yellow squash before they destroyed those plants too. Next yr, we will have an 8 ft electric fence and enjoy watching them get zapped, cheap entertainment.
