Bacterial Enteritis and Septicemia - Enterococcus PLEASE HELP

Read the next post below about my dying quail please. I found out through autopsy what is killing my chicks. My last post on page 2 has the results. Please help if you can with a solution.

Okay, I haven't personally had experiences with anything other than cocci, so I can't say from my experiences.

Everything that I've read on here says that you need probiotics. Probiotics can be found in yogurt, for one. I'm not exactly sure how else to introduce it.

ETA: You should probably post the results of your necropsy in the Emergencies, Diseases, and Cures forum as well. And PM threehorses, she seems to know her stuff. Just because these are quail chicks doesn't mean you can't get help in the other forums. At worst, dosages for meds and such would need to be lowered for the smaller size of the quail

Here's quite a few sites I found with info on necrotic enteritis, which is caused by a bacterial infection, so I assume this is the same thing you're experiencing.
