Bad case of thrush in crop. Please Please help

A week ago I brought my chicken inside because she had a small scab on the front of her crap and it was very hard like there was food in there, I fed her yogurt I gave her massages and lots of a boil to try to move whatever blockage was in there. Now she is lethargic and not eating and the scab has grown, it smells just like Thrush and I'm not sure how to go about treating it because it's inside her crop and outside. Does anyone have any experience with thrush and I'm not sure how to go about treating it because it's inside her crop and outside. Does anyone have any experience with this!?

Can you post some photos?
Is it a sour crop with a skin lesion or is it more like canker with gunk/lesions in the mouth?
