Bad chicken poop please help

Hello, I have noticed 3 poos with red gut like stuff in it, it’s quite hard to explain so I will put a picture up too, all the help is wanted!

Looks like Intestinal shedding, which is normal.

But the color makes me think either Coccidiosis, or Worms caused this.

How old are your birds, & is it warm, & wet where you're located?

around 5 months old, and its been very cold here in france we the snow has just melted so its been really cold here

Then I don't think it's Coccidiosis, since they thrive in warm wet environments.

I suspect worms.

When do you worm them? How old are they?

That's too much shed intestinal lining. Get your birds started on amprolium/Baycox.

When I see intestinal lining, it seems to be from worms, but before it gets that bad I'll see a worm in the poop. I think shed intestinal lining is from something aggravating the intestines whether it be protozoa or worms or possible something else.

That is a huge amount of intestinal lining. Since you haven't found worms yet, I'm guessing coccidiosis. If you don't look at their poop, then I would start. You can de-worm and give Corid at the same time if you want.

i only bought the birds last week, i dont know when they was last wormed but am going to worm them. there very skittish so it will be hard too even check them fully. there were three poos noticeable in there bed area may be more i bought them as coming in to lay cuckoo des rennes. i have treated worms on other birds so if its just worms hopefully i will be able to treat it. but if its coccidiosis i have no treatment for that and will need to buy something. can it kill them if its left too long? they all seem healthy on the out side
