Bad day fell in garden sorting chickens water

So im disabled anyways but mobility been lot better lately decided to go out and change all waterers and fell down a step been to accident and emergency had an xray thankfully not broken but badly sprained swelled and ligament damage also have bruising going up my leg up to thigh im in agony and cant walk properly and now gotta rely on people to help me with chickens for a while ugh

I hope it heals quickly. Tendon pain is the worst. Warm Epsom salt soaks and Motrin might help some.
