Oh yes. That's a sign of salpingitis. You can try to fight the infection with an antibiotic, but it's probably gone too far at this point to produce a clot of solid pus like that. What it likely looks like inside your hen is far, far worse.

While the prognosis isn't good and it's unlikely she will ever lay again, an antibiotic could extend her life, but it's a call only you can make.
