How would you guys even handle a person like this?! My eggs should have shipped Wednesday, 28th but they've never been received on my end. After a week of warm temps, they are no longer viable. You never sent tracking info so you will have to follow up on them on your end. We needed to begin incubation process for a science project so we've used our own chicken eggs and incubator will be in use for next 21 days.
Therefore, please refund my $30 to my Pay Pal account

THE NERVE of some people makes me CRAZY! GRRRRRRRRRR esp when all this time the USPS was ON TIME and the lady never picked up her darned package! I went out of my way to add extras etc...
WHen I checked the del conf info it says: We attempted to deliver your item at 12:36 PM on May 31, 2008 in REDDING, CA 96001 and a notice was left. It can be redelivered or picked up at the Post Office. If the item is unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Well I think if I lived in Redding Calif. Which I DON'T-- I would feel rather silly for asking for that refund.

Sorry this happened, but it appears you did your end of the deal as promised. No refund would be in order.

As long as you shipped when promised, etc. I don't see any reason to refund $. If the buyer was too lazy to pick these up at the P.O. then that is their problem.

I emailed the del conf info and called the USPS, they claim they called her on 5/31 and she wouldn't pick them up!

I agree with everyone else, it was her responsibility to pick them up, she didn't there for she is out. Email her the info you have, that way she knows why she isn't getting a refund.

it's her prob. i'd email the tracking info and politely tell her u don't refund or replace due to shipping, unforseen things done by buyer, incubation methods ect. why would she not pick them up then blaim u?? all she had to do was read the track # and go to the site and it's her job to do it not the sellers to bend over backwards at her every whim.

trust me been there done that and 50 million other excuses i sure feeel for ya. i even had one do that and got 2 notices. she never watched for the carrier or heard the horn.

yet it was my prob, don't think so,lol.

Yup, I concur with everyone else. It's her problem. Keep the money. You did your part, she didn't. You should put a disclaimer stating that you are not responsible for the eggs once you drop them off at the post office and no refunds. Unless it's something you did.
