Bad pip at a very bad place

I see a pip not at airspace and chicken is still chrping. This is day 21 and I am in confusion on what to do on this. Will nature take its action with this type of pip? I see some red membrane at pip.

Should be fine as long as it's getting air. What's your humidity at? The red is blood. Still needs time.

It's been 24 hours I see that pip? Any action from my end or should I wait for more time?

You still should wait. Because this chick externally pipped when it would have internally pipped, it could be another 24 hours before it starts to zip. It'll probably be sooner than that, though.
