I posted and then shut down for the evening.
It bakes up what I guess I would call semi-solid. When you add milk to it and stir it around it breaks up. It's not mushy like regular oatmeal.
It keeps well in the fridge and one recipe of it feeds the hubby for 3-4 mornings.
