baking a turkey

last year i got a turkey recipe from here and it was the best ever
i saved the recipe to my computer but caught a virius and lost it
so i have tried looking for this particular one and have yet to find it
and am hoping the person who has it can send me the info

it was soaked in brine the day before and the turkey was covered in cheese cloth while baking

can anyone please help please help

If you can't find that one you can google "Good Eats turkey" and pull up AB's recipe off the Food Network website. There is a you tube vidio to see that episode. That is the recipe I use and it has worked great every time.
