bald around vent in hens and roo

I have 4 roosters and 25 hens both one rooster and manny hens have bald areas big all around the vent.I have increased their protein but it has not helped

It sounds like they have mites or lice. I would dust them, the nest boxes, roosts and every available surface in your coop and run with DE (diatomaceous earth).

Not a fun job, is it? I hope it helps! It may take a little while to see results as once they lose their feathers, it can take awhile for them to grow back. Good luck!

they all had a bad day yesterday.My dog got into the coop as well.Today they are still stressed poor chickens
