Bald Chickens

He's probably just trying to show he's dominant. I've seen others suggest that when they do that kind of thing, you should pick them up and hold them like a baby for a while (or in another, similarly uncomfortable position where they can't get away or struggle really) to show them you're the boss and you're not here to hurt them or their ladies.
Oh okay sometimes I’m just cleaning the yard and he charges towards me and when in my just standing somewhere he stares at me menacingly could it be he was influenced, when he and the other roosters where young they lived with one of my other old roosters and he used to fight them a lot and he mostly won he was a midget rooster and he loved fighting could it have been his influence that made him turn out to be like that

I think it's just instinct, but his environment could have had some influence on his behavior too. You'll need to put a stop to this as soon as possible if you can. Sometimes they won't stop, and then you have a tough decision to make. :/ But I'd give it your best try, especially if you like this one.

The only one he doesn’t hurt is my sister. He hasn’t ever pecked her probably since she cared for all the roosters even when she stops him from grabbing a chicken he does nothing to her
