I would squirt her with some water every time she tries to peck the others. If that doesn't work you may want to look into pinless peepers.

Hello my chicken has a bald spot and it looks crusty and scabby. I think they may be molting but this looks bad. Any ideas?

How much space do you have in your coop/run?
What do you feed, including treats?

Looks like feather picking. Is this hen healthy? Any lice/mites, any difficulty laying eggs, crop problems, etc.?

I'd swab the scabs with Chlorhexidine, let that dry, then apply triple antibiotic ointment or you can use Pine Tar to hopefully deter some of the picking. Watch to see if this hen is also digging or picking at her own skin.

Sometimes chickens pick at one another, especially during roosting, this can become a bad habit. See that you have plenty of roosting space in your coop.
