Bald spots on chickens backs

Well, this WASN'T the way I wanted to solve my featherless backs, but I lost my Roo and a hen (coyote?). I kinda liked the guy, despite featherless backs, he was a good protector of the girls and NEVER EVER threatened us. RIP Maury

Having the same problem but its only with one of six hens, I have been told there is a device that can be put on the hens back that will allow her to heal but have on idea where to get one.
Anyone know where to get one.
