Balding Belly

If she is isnt sitting on the nest all day then she isnt broody but rather may be trying to go broody. There really isnt anything you need to do or can do at this point until she decides to sit and stay on the nest because you cant break her of being broody until she is broody. If your sure she is healthy, not getting pecked by other hens, or under some kind of stress then i would just let her back with the others and let her do her thing. Once she sits and stays on her nest and puffs up growling at you when you go to collect the eggs then you can seperate her and put a golf ball or eggs under her and let her either stoo being broody on her own or look up ways to break her broody mood.
