Hey BYC'rs!
I have 9 chicks of different breeds that were hatched on October 5th. All are doing great. But one is looking mighty ugly. It is a black sexlink and she has bare skin all around her neck, and bare skin on her back where her wings rest. She has looked like this since day one. She is getting her feathers everywhere else, but those areas are staying naked. She eats and drinks and acts normal and the others don't pick on her at all. I read on here somewhere else that roos tend to be bald in these areas. Any truth to that? Or is she sick? Any advice appreciated!
