Looks like a brahma to me!

she's a pretty light Brahma pullet.

Cochins have a straight comb, that's an easy way to tell. Plus, Cochins are fluffier and more rounded, and usually have heavier feathering on the legs. Plus, although they do come in this Colombian coloring, it's pretty unusual in Cochins.
