Appears to be a self blue cockerel. Of what breed is the question.

I think OEGB, to my awareness, Privett doesn't carry Self Blue Dutch

According to their website and the gal that answered their phone, they do carry Self Blue Dutch...of course the last bit of info I got from them via phone wasn't the most reliable either. haha
