Bantam broody?

She sits on the nest even if she isn't laying,I put an egg next to her and she looked at it and pulled it under her, is this broodiness

Yep, you have yourself a broody! Growling at you when you try to move them, cluck cluck clucking all over the place when they come out of the box. They will set on their own feet if that is all they have. LOL

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! X2 what TwoCrows said, sounds like she is going broody. When she growls and fluffs and fusses at you if you come near, gets back on the nest really soon if you put her off, sits on the nest all night and most of the day, only getting off herself once or twice for a short period of time... for a couple of days in a row, she is committed... time to get some hatching eggs!
