Bantam Cochin: Hen or Roo?

Hey there! Newbie here! I have a question about one of my 3 week old chicks! I bought him/her from an assorted Bantam bin at TSC, and I just love him/her! Definitely a Cochin Bantam, but I am 90% sure it’s a roo, due to how red it’s comb is already! What do you guys think?
