usually about 3 pounds and I candled my bantam cochin eggs and I have 13 out of 15 showing good growth....WOOHOO!!!!

I am super excited to get my birchen cochin bantam on May 2!!!! I have experience with large fowl cochins but bantams are new, super excited, I WILL be asking about gender, lol! Also will be following this thread, I am looking forward to cochin bantams!

I was going to put some in my order but decided not to, there were other colors I liked better.

My first-ever two bantam Cochins are almost a week old now.. Looks like both are frizzled!! (Pic is from a few days ago.. It's very obvious on both now)

Next week I have four BBS eggs that are looking good for hatch. Fingers crossed. I'm having to hatch shipped eggs as I can't find good birds locally so collection is slow! SO excited to watch them all grow up.

They are beautiful! The one on the left defiantly looks frizzled! Good luck with them!
