Bantam feathering really slow...

These little guys are about 3.5 weeks old. I have never raised bantams, so there pretty new to me. But my little guy(gal?) Spackle is feathering out a lot slower then the rest.. There ready to go out soon but I'm nervous to put this little one out, but I don't want to separate them!!

(I know the cage is cramped, I have been putting them in the barn during the day.. I'm just scared it will be to cold at night still)

Oh yeah and is this little guy a roo???

The red Cochin is a cockerel. Your slow feathering frizzle is likely as well. Males can be slow in getting their feathers.
