Bantam is going blind

As far as using neosporin, It can actually delay healing in eyes. My vet told me that because I use to use that in my Shar-pei's eyes when he had a ulcer. You can use it but I wouldn't use it for a long period of time. That is if there is some type of injury to the cornea itself.
 
I have a similar problem not with blind part but the swollen eyes. I have some rescue chicks. I was told could be coryza but they dont have bloody poo or the bad odor associated with it . Someone told me to give them Sulmet or Corrid for a few days. I went to get the medicine and talked to the guy at the co op and he said it sounded more like wet pox and said that the 2wks of duramycin was not strong enough. I recommended that I give 4 or 5 days of Oxytetracyline which is 4 times stronger he said. I think your bird has some kind of infection in the eye since it doesnt have any other symptoms maybe you need to try a stonger antibiotic for a few days. Not sure this will help will at least give you a bump up.
