He's a cutie! And yes, a cockerel. I know it's not what you wanted to hear but he truly looks nothing like a pullet.

The photo you've linked is of poor quality. Not the bird, the photo. Off-color and a weird angle -- it doesn't do her justice at all.

It's not that it's not just what i didn't WANT to hear, it's what i really CAN'T hear. my other two bantys are already boys and they are illegal here so im screwed. This really fricking sucks!

I am sorry to hear that but sometimes Mother Nature gives us a curve ball, wanting pullets, ended up having cockerals.

All you can do is to try again!​
