This is a 12-week old Bantam Welsummer. I have two that look like this and one that is slightly larger with long green curved tailfeathers. Is this one a pullet?

I'll have to say cockeral

Long, shiny hackle feathers, long saddle feathers, has sickle feathers.

it is definetly a rooster, there is no way that could be a pullet, sorry, that's 100000000% cockerel.

As previously stated, no way that can be a pullet...that is most definitely a boy you have there! All those fancy, pointy feathers would not be found on a female.

It isn't only the typical rooster feathering that tells you this is a roo, his color does as well. Welsummer roos are colored very differently from the hens which makes them pretty easy to sex early on.

Thanks everyone. When I got them, two had very pronounced V shapes on their heads and two did not, so I thought I had two male and two female. But as they got bigger all three started looking like this and the other did not survive.
