Bargain's Welsummer and Barred Rocks....an update on my hatch progress

I'm on Day 13 now. I candled last night and I saw movement in 6 of the 7 welsummer eggs.

The 7th one is porous and of course dark so it's really hard to see into. I see a dark spot, so I'm thinking it's good.

Of the BR eggs, I think 1 (maybe 2) have a blood ring. But since this is my first time, I'm leaving them in there as I can't be sure. The other 3 I have seen movement.

So far, so good! They are due to hatch on 10/23.

So those are the Welsummer eggs you got from the east... Cool! I got a dozen from her too. Hatched 9 out of 12, beautiful, healthy, friendly little boogers.

Lauralou......yep, that's where my eggs came from. I also got some from gumpsgirl.

Nancy.....I'm just amazed that I have movement in so many. (not doubting your eggs but my incubation skills) I'm delighted and I hope all of them make it to hatching. I'll let you know, and of course, give grandma some pictures.
