Barnevelder, Hen or Roo?

These are my only 2 Barnevelders. They have been slow to develop and I thought I thought I had 2 hens. In the pic of two, I am questioning the one on the right. As of last night I think I have a hen and a roo! Please take a look and let me know. :) Thank you!
How old are they?

I feel silly - he is SO CLEARLY a roo.. lol..
but honestly two days ago I could not tell!
And I think the penciling is faint but developing.
Thank you for your kind replies..
I don't think it is a purebred Barnevelder. It's comb isn't right. Maybe a Barnevelder/blue laced Wyandotte cross or maybe Barnevelder/Easter egger. Knowing its age would help determine sex.

Barnevelder take a while to color out correctly as far as the lacing. I see nothing that indicates male. The combs are small, and barnevelder roosters have sizable combs, so definitely knowing the age would help.

I'd say cockerel. Big, thick legs and a larger body than the pullet in those pictures. Very handsome young guy!
Cockerels develop slow in general and as @JedJackson said, this bird appears to have a pea comb so it is naturally smaller, and a pure bred Barnevelder would have a single comb.

Take a look at this, female

Looking from the pictures posted, it doesn't look pure bred, the comb doesn't have any points on it
