Males get their saddle feathers first and neck feathers last, females get their neck feathers first and I'm puzzled by the markings though, I have 2 BR pullets one had a white round dot and one didn't both legs were black, roos are supposed to have yellow legs no black and bigger white mishaped dot on head, I'm seeing roo but with pullet legs? Perhaps it's a hermaphodite?

Roos all crow when they want to not when we want them to, wait till you hear a crow is my best guess.
