barred rock boy?

I think this is my extra chick, but what is it? he las the same colors as my other ones but more yellow on the belly and nat as dark. I can't keep another rooster one is enough!

That chick looks blue in your photo, not what I see in Barred Rocks of either sex. Where did you get it? Could he be a Blue Rock? I have some of those, but am not aware of any hatcheries that have those right now.

I got it from a hatchery http://www.freyshatchery.com/index1.html , they don't have blue rocks they do have: Rhode Island Red,Barred Plymouth Rock,Columbian Rock X Red,New Hampshire X Barred Rock,Harco Black Sex-Link.3

Then, it's probably just the picture. My BR males are much darker than that.

He really is light like the picture, lots of yellow underneathon his tummy the other chicks have yello bums but not yellow like this one. I bought pullet but one's an extra.
