Barred Rock or Cuckoo Maran? Speckled Sussex or Welsummer?

I’m a first time chicken owner and I’m mostly just curious! The lady I bought them from said they should be Barred Rock and Speckled Sussex, but that there was a small chance they could be Cuckoo Maran and Welsummer. They’re five weeks old this week and now that they’re really feathering out I’d love to get an opinion! (Also really hoping they’re both pullets since my city doesn’t allow roosters!) I also have a Buff Orpington and two Easter Eggers, so either way I love the diversity.

The second chick looks more like a Welsummer. I see no speckles. On the first chick, look at the bottoms of the feet and the legs. If they're white or pinkish white, cuckoo Marans. If they're yellowish, then barred rock.

Nevermind, just saw the age! I do think that maran may be a roo, but only time will tell!

I sure hope not! Although it would be quite ironic since my kids named her HeiHei after the rooster in Moana lol ‍

Top is barred rock. Barring too fine for cuckoo, and the legs are black and yellow. It’s a female too, males have crappier barring.
