Barred rock pullet or cockerel?

Ok. Posted a bit ago, but a little older now. 5-1/2 weeks. Both have same coloring and dark wash on legs, but first has more developed and pinker comb. Sorry about different lighting, they are both same feather color/pattern.

Boy...I have six bar rocks about the same age and they still have smaller combs.

Well, I guess we will see. They are so friendly and sweet, but no roosters allowed in the county.

Update- you were all correct! Both roosters! Started crowing and got very aggressive. They found new homes. Thanks for all the input!
