barred rock roo and yellow/cream colored chicks

Thanks so much that link it is perfect.. that will answer my question when I get to see the Roo... I found these birds on Craigslist and I wanted a couple of BO and I wanted some Chicks to raise so they are a good fit for me .I built a smaller coop to raise some chicks and plan on putting all of the new birds in there and seperate from my others for a couple weeks to make sue their health is good before putting the BO in wth my Brahmas and keep the chicks in the small coop till they grow out....Thanks again

Is it possible it is a single barred roo? Meaning he is not homogyzous for barring? Not sure if that would explain it. Basically his barring is not dominant.

finaly got back online ..here are some pics of the new chicks the whole family first.... then the black checked one ..the dark brown redish one and the black and white/ cream colored one and the two buffs one BO is raising the one buff chick the other 4 chicks are the other BO any guesses what they may be ..black feet and beak on two they are not the same color the one more solid color dark one is more of a reddish brown well they are all cute.. the one hen has 4 different colored chicks I think thats cool..

does the white ear and black legs give a clue what they may grow into ...the woman i got them from said she thought other hens put eggs under the BO
