Barred Rock Rooster???

I purchased three 3-week old chicks from a breeder back in July. It has since been determined that one ( a New Hampshire Red) is a rooster. Can anyone help tell me if my Barred Rock needs a name change from Lyla Bell to Larry?

Definitely Larry. See those pointy feathers just in front of his tail, the saddle feathers? Roo feathers.

Cockerel. Look at the light color, his comb is huge. My avatar has one and I will post my guy here bigger so you can see him. He is about the same age as yours in this picture.

Yes he is. Don't know anyone close enough to get less than hatchery stock. He is better looking now than he was but sure wouldn't be able to show him. Wish I could get some better stock because I would. My hens are better looking standardwise than he is.
