They look fairly similar to each other and therefore I find it possible that they might both be cockerels, but I would wait for more opinions if I were you.

I think they're both boys. #2 may just be a late bloomer.

I’m a little worried that you may be right. Are you confident enough that I should get rid of them Since I can’t have a rooster? Or should I wait for a crow or egg?

I would wait another 2 weeks to be sure, but I'm fairly confident, but not 100% positive as they aren't a breed I've kept a lot of.
