I have 3 Barred Rock Bantams and they are great! I brought them to the 4-H fair b/c I am in 4-H and it was my first time. I did great! I won Grand Champion Poultry Showmanship, Reserve Champion Rooster, Grand Champion Hen, and First Place Novice... AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME

Tigercreek (Stan) lives a few hours south of me and I had originally contacted him about getting some hatching eggs. His girls went into molt so no eggs for me.A few weeks ago we met up at a swap and I picked up my birds instead.

Here's my rooster, Mr. Man. He isn't SQ, but I don't care. He's as pretty as one.













He's a handsome boy, and I love him. He's 6-7 months old. As a small cock, he got a blue ribbon at the fair. The judge said he would have given higher BUT he was too
young. I'll show him again next year.

And this is my "stud" hen. Her name is Cassandra.

She's so sweet, and lets me pick her up!!!!
