Bathing Chickens and Found Lice - advice please

I thought the chickens didn't have any lice, but when I bathed the white leghorn chicken I saw them.

I am currently on day 3 of 5 worming with Safagard.

I bathed and cleaned chickens feet and applied Comstock for scaley mites.

I have some Ivermectin 5mg per ml Can I use it on the chickens skin along their back bone?
