Bathing/Dipping adult chickens

Is an outside temp of 80 degrees warm enough to bathe/dip adult chickens?

I would think so if the water also isn't cold... however, there are easier ways for most things.

Permethrin based sprays for external parasite control ONLY requires small spritz at each location ensuring to part the feathers so it hit's the skin... just below the vent, under each wing pit, and and at the base of the head on the back where it meets the neck.
