Batnam Sultan..hen or roo?

hello! My sultan was hatcjed the first week of April, 2020 bought as a hen, but this.morning I heard a wanna be crow, figured it was ny 2nd silkie roo finally crowing but I find my sultan, I had a video but it won't let me load it, but I watched the noise come from it

The one got attacked by his old flock and is still growing his head feathers back. And now theres 3 in the pen, i have 5 in the brooder but now km searching for a few older hens

I have three sultans about two years old. They will "play "fight with each other but it doesn't last very long. They are all very docile, very friendly, very loving. I do hope you decide to keep him. By the way, I noticed the yellow tinge to some of his feathers. My three boys all have that, but it's replaced by pure white feathers when they molt.
