The bator I am using for my Incubator is a Hova-bator 2362N. I am wondering if I buy one of the pre-set therostats from GQF (the ones that come in th 1588) if it would work??? Anyone have any ideas?

I will continue to use my other bator for my hatcher.

::SIGH:: I should have just purchased the 1588 to begin with!!!!!

they should....i mean why make similar product's that can not enterchange part's?? It would be smart for the company to offer that anyway.

I don't think it would work. The 1588 uses a 12 transformer to drop the voltage for the Hova-Bator. That's why you can run them off a car cigarette lighter. The 2362N appears to be straight 120 volt hook up. The heating element looks different, too. The 1588 has a low voltage element that is wrapped around the fan housing, not the one that looks like an electric oven element. I think you're out of luck on this one.
