Sometimes it takes several hours between pip, zip, and hatch. Are you a working girl or stay at home? Sorry "working girl" didn't sound right.

Anyway...how long are you gonna be up tonight? The real action will be tomorrow morning it looks like, so get some rest!

Wow... what an exciting time for you! I just read the whole thread and now can't wait to hear when they the little chickies hatch. It's been very informational too since I eventually want one of my girls to hatch out some eggs for me. Of course, that won't be for at least a year since they're only 21 weeks old and JUST started laying.

Yes I quickly understood what "chicken math" is. I orgininally told DH I wanted 6 chickens for our backyard flock and, well.... I now have 21 and planning on hatching some next spring
