Battered Hen with Broken Foot

Hello,
One of my hens ran under my foot and when I step her foot was broken and now all the other 10 hens attack her relentlessly. They are all pulling out the feathers of one another necks, wings and tail feathers for weeks now but it escalated even more once this hens foot was broken. They chase her down and attack her. She stays away from them and has found a place to sleep/hide behind the laying boxes. I started holding her the last couple of days to feed her morning and night so she keeps up her strength. My question is should I separate her to live independently and once she is healthy and whole can I place her back in the flock?

You do need to separate her and keep her off that leg until it heals, unless it may not heal properly.
Can she use the leg at all? Can she grip your finger with her toes? How long ago did she get injured?

As for the feather picking, how much run and coop space do you have? What's their diet?
